Damage

Entry Holes

Generally, squirrels and rats are the “starters” of most entry holes. Their small holes leave opportunity for larger animals, such as raccoons, to create massive holes. Either way, they can equally cause thousands in damage if left neglected.

Vulnerable Areas

When constructing a house, not everything lines up perfectly. AC line holes, eaves and other areas are vulnerable to Rat/Mice entry as well as opportunities for squirrels to chew and enter.

Damaged Air Ducts and Insulation

If left unattended, wildlife can do thousands of damage. If you suspect an unwanted visitor in your attic, do not hesitate to contact a professional.

Digging

Skunks, armadillos, moles and many more animals dig in search for food and shelter. This can lead to structural damage as well as landscape damage on your property.
